This meeting is open to all, but is especially relevant to spiritual seekers and finders who are suffering or feel that something is missing in their teachings and practices—something they have yet to fully recognize. It is also a great introduction to KI and its practice for those who are new to the work.
By discovering the unconscious programming that fuels Seeking and clings to Finding, we will see these patterns for what they really are. By uncovering the root of suffering, we will allow and transcend the resistance to embodying who we truly are.
A meditation practice focused on becoming aware and giving attention to the three centers of our being, grounding ourselves in both mind and body.
Practices to explore the beliefs and identifications we hold about nonduality and its pointers.
Experiential inquiries to determine which emotions you repress most dominantly.
Discussions on why making emotional repression conscious is crucial to freedom and why bringing relationships back into spirituality is essential for a truly integrated nondual path.
An open floor for participants to ask questions and engage directly with Toshi or guest speakers.
Occasional contributions from notable figures in the community to provide additional insights.
